Aida Balayeva was born in 1974.
In 2000, she graduated from the Almaty State University named after Abay, and in 2007 from the Kazakh National Agrarian University.
From 1999 to 2002, she held the positions of Leading Specialist, Chief Specialist, Head of Division at the Almaty regional Department of Information and public consent.
From 2002 to 2004, she was the Head of Division of Analysis and coordination of socio-political processes at the Department of Information and Public Consent of Almaty.
In 2004, she worked as the Head of the Division of Analysis and forecasting of the Department of Information of Almaty.
From 2004 to 2005, she served as Deputy Head of the Department of information of Almaty.
From 2005 to 2006 – Deputy Director of the Department of Domestic policy of Almaty.
From 2006 to 2008 – Director of the Department of Domestic policy of Almaty.
From 2008 to 2010 – Head of the Department of Domestic policy of Astana.
From 2010 to 2014, Aida Balayeva held the position of the Deputy Mayor of Astana.
From 2014-2019, she served as the Head of the Department of Domestic policy of the Presidential Executive Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On July 22, 2019, by the Decree of the Head of State, Aida Balayeva was appointed as Aide to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Head of the Department for control over consideration of references of the Presidential Executive Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
She is awarded with the order “Qurmet” (Honour) (2010), and 2 medals.
